Location: Jensen, Utah (In-office/remote)

Hours: Part-time, Flexible schedule

Job Description:

The Office Manager will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the office and administrative functions. This role requires a highly organized, detail-oriented individual with excellent communication and leadership skills. The Office Manager will manage office supplies, handle administrative tasks, coordinate with customers for product pick-up, and support the overall efficiency of the company.

Job Responsibilities and Tasks:

·      Manage daily financial operations, which include payroll processing, accounts receivable, and accounts payable.

·      Prepare weekly financial reports for the CEO and Ranch Manager.

·      Administer the company's health insurance, liability insurance, auto insurance, and 401K plans.

·      Reconcile sales taxes, 401K accounts, and bank accounts at the end of each month/or quarter.

·      Ensure that filing systems are organized and up to date.

·      Serve as the point of contact for customers' shipping departments.

 

Skills and Qualifications:

·      Experience as an office manager or in a comparable administrative leadership role, with a track record of success in maintaining efficient operations.

·      Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks effectively.

·      Demonstrate exceptional verbal and written communication skills, essential for conflict resolution and promoting clarity in communication.

·      Proficient knowledge of QuickBooks, Microsoft Office Suite and ADP Payroll system.

Knowledgeable with hiring processes, employee onboarding, and maintaining personnel records.
