Description

Location:This position will provide support to communities throughout the PA and NJ areas. The primary focus will be the Greater Philadelphia area, but locations will include both city locations and suburban locations in surrounding counties.

Hours:Monday through Friday, with ability to work weekend assignments as necessary

Position Overview:

As a Multi-Site Leasing Specialist, you'll play a crucial role in maintaining the operational excellence of our communities. You'll be the go-to person for ensuring seamless leasing operations and community management during periods of increased demand or when regular staff are unavailable. This position offers a unique opportunity to grow within the multifamily industry, gaining exposure to various submarkets, management styles, and ownership entities.

*This is a dynamic role heavily focused on leasing with additional operations support responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

Leasing and Marketing:Professionally present and market available units to prospective residents. Ensure that all inquiries, whether in person, by phone, or email, are promptly and effectively addressed.

Property Tours:Conduct property tours for prospective residents, highlighting the features and benefits of each community to maximize leasing potential.

Application Processing:Manage the application process, including the verification of rental applications and communicating results to applicants.

Lease Administration:Prepare and process lease agreements and addenda. Ensure accurate completion and filing of all leasing paperwork.

Resident Relations:Provide exceptional customer service to current residents, addressing their needs, resolving issues, assisting with resident events, and maintaining a welcoming community atmosphere.

Community Management:Assist with the overall management of the property, including rent collection, handling resident complaints, and managing maintenance requests.

Market Awareness:Maintain awareness of local market conditions and contribute ideas for marketing strategies and community improvements.

Administrative Support:Support community managers with administrative tasks such as report preparation, resident communications, and office organization.

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Must be able to travel to different locations - this is a 100% travel position throughout the PA and NJ area

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.

  • Proven experience in leasing or property management preferred.

  • Strong customer service skills with a focus on creating positive resident experiences.

  • Ability to adapt quickly to new environments and work effectively across multiple properties.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management software.

  • Well-versed in marketing and sales techniques

  • National Apartment Leasing Professional (NALP) certification is a plus.

  • Flexibility to travel between properties as needed.
