Insight Global HVAC Equipment Coordinator in Jeffersonville, Ohio

Job Description

Insight Global is seeking at HVAC Equipment Coordinator for a role in the greater Columbus/ Cincinnati Ohio area. You will work on site a client site to help inspect & track incoming HVAC equipment for a new jobsite. This is a year long contract, with the possibility for extensions until project is completed.

As part of the HVAC equipment team you are a key player and will a pivotal role in providing comprehensive support to ensure the successful installation, commissioning, and maintenance of HVAC equipment at project sites. The role entails conducting FOB destination inspections, documenting visual damages, facilitating effective communication between on-site teams and the Project PMs, and actively addressing project deficiencies until completion.

Key Responsibilities:

Co-ordinate deliveries and conduct FOB destination inspections to ensure the quality and condition of HVAC equipment upon delivery to project sites.

Document visual damages and discrepancies observed during inspections, promptly notifying relevant stakeholders for resolution.

Serve as the primary liaison between on-site teams and the branch, facilitating clear and efficient communication channels.

Provide on-site support during installations and commissioning activities, ensuring adherence to project specifications and standards.

Collaborate with Project Managers (PMs) to address and resolve project deficiencies in a timely manner, maintaining project timelines and quality standards.

Maintain records of on-site activities, including inspection reports, damage documentation, communication logs, and resolution status updates.

Proactively identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency enhancements in on-site support procedures.

Skills and Requirements

-Prior hands-on experience in HVAC inspection, installation, commissioning, or maintenance roles.

-Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.

-Detail-oriented mindset with excellent documentation and record-keeping abilities.

-Ability to work independently under pressure in dynamic on-site environments.

-Familiarity with industry standards, regulations, and best practices related to HVAC equipment installation and commissioning

-Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite like MS Outlook, especially with excel null
