Overview
We are seeking a strategic and collaborative Program Manager, CS Strategic Messaging to join our Customer Success (CS) Insights Team . This role requires a highly organized and consultative professional with a strong background in messaging strategy, business communications, and cross-functional alignment. The ideal candidate will have 6 to 10+ years of experience in strategic consulting, messaging development, and stakeholder engagement. Experience working within a SaaS or Customer Success environment is a plus.
This role focuses on driving consistency, clarity, and impact in CS messaging by partnering with other teams in Customer Success, along with Sales and Marketing to ensure alignment with business goals. The ideal candidate excels in strategic thinking, executive communication, and positioning CS value effectively. The ability to manage multiple initiatives, influence stakeholders, and synthesize complex ideas into compelling messaging in a fast-paced environment is essential.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Messaging & Positioning
Develop and refine strategic CS messaging to drive clarity, consistency, and alignment across teams
Craft compelling narratives that position CS value effectively across various internal and external communications
Translate complex ideas into clear, impactful messaging for different audiences, including executives and customers
Consulting & Cross-Functional Collaboration
Consult with Sales, Marketing, and CS teams to ensure messaging supports business objectives and customer needs
Ensure alignment between CS messaging and broader strategies, adapting for different channels and use cases
Provide guidance and strategic input for presentations, customer-facing materials, and key business initiatives
Scalability & Enablement
Lead messaging frameworks and playbooks to support enablement and scalability across teams
Collaborate cross-functionally to shape content strategies, sales enablement materials, and thought leadership pieces
Qualifications
Education : Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
Experience : 6 to 10+ years of experience in consulting, strategic messaging, or communications, with a proven track record of developing compelling narratives, positioning strategies, and cross-functional collaboration. Must have experience working with Sales, Marketing, or Customer Success teams. NetSuite experience is a plus.

Ability to develop scalable frameworks, ensuring consistency and repeatability in messaging strategies
Data-driven approach to messaging effectiveness, using insights to refine and optimize communication strategies
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to assess gaps and opportunities in messaging
Project and stakeholder management, balancing multiple initiatives and aligning teams around key messaging priorities
Organizational and time-management expertise, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively
Proactive and self-directed approach, with the ability to take ownership and drive initiatives independently
Adaptability and resilience, thriving in fast-paced, ambiguous environments while managing shifting priorities

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $70,600 to $141,200 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle’s differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
