Centene Corporation Applications Administrator II in Jefferson City, Missouri

Position Purpose:
Administers all aspects of ServiceNow platform including configuration, maintenance, deployment, troubleshooting and resolution of technical support issues as required.
Provides technical support for ServiceNow components / functions in complex mission critical environments
Participates in implementing ServiceNow updates such as upgrades and patches, and enhancement change deployment
Assist with identifying solutions for ServiceNow issues
Plans and coordinates with key stakeholders for initial triage of issue in the production environments
Collaborates and interacts with ServiceNow users and key stakeholders when troubleshoot
Identifies and supports resolution on production problems for operational support of applications
Supports and work with vendor on technical issues
Performs other duties as assigned
Complies with all policies and standards
Education/Experience:
A Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or business field (e.g., statistics, mathematics, engineering, computer science).
Requires 2 – 4 years of related experience.
Or equivalent experience acquired through accomplishments of applicable knowledge, duties, scope and skill reflective of the level of this position.

Pay Range: $30.00 - $54.03 per hour
