Job Description

Purpose:

The primary objective of this position is to provide financial leadership for the Aesthetic Division Leadership team in KSA. Specifically, this position is responsible for all brand related financial reporting and analysis to Plan, Update, LBE and LRP cycles, decision-making support, and recommendations to the KSA Finance Manager and General Manager, taking into consideration business dynamics and resourcing. In addition, this position is responsible for ensuring the business support of cross portfolio initiatives, profitability analysis and project management.

Responsibilities:

  • Financial Business Partner - Lead the planning processes for Aesthetic Division in KSA and Corporate reviews, while ensuring accurate and timely integration of sales forecast, pricing, and investment resourcing to all brands.

  • Ensure financial planning deliverables are accurate, clear, and concise for Executive level review and approvals.

  • Work closely with the Finance Manager to ensure adequate and appropriate resourcing levels. Drive dedicated R&D / SG&A for Aesthetic.

  • Provide financial analysis, monthly sales reports, reviewing affiliates demand forecast and deliver insights that link financial reports to business strategy for the KSA Demand Review Meeting.

  • Work closely with marketing and commercial to develop models that accurately incorporate market dynamics including market share and market growth. Assure consistency across brands in financial templates, deliverables, and key analysis.

  • Management of all reporting activities including but not limited to: LBEs, PLN, LRP, Monthly Sales, Budgeting monitoring.

  • Decision Support/Special Projects -- Provide analyses for ad hoc or other business presentations that lend insight into key business drivers enabling operating management to adapt more appropriate tactics/strategy to meet the LRP objectives.

  • Management of cross portfolio initiatives and support local marketing function for their brand financial requirements (including Commercial Models, Marketing analytics).

  • Work closely with local Distributor to resolve pending claims from distributor related to Debit Notes and Credit Notes.

  • Support Finance Manager for monthly closing activities including Gross to Net Management, Monthly SGA posting, or any ad hoc activity request by Finance Manager.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.

  • 7-10 years progressive accounting or finance experience including financial planning and reporting.

  • Hands on experience on MS Office, MS Excel, Power Point, SAP, BPC and Power BI

  • This position requires an individual with the ability and desire to proactively search out and evaluate business problems and opportunities.

  • Prior experience collaborating with commercial teams and business partner mindset.

  • Ability to solve business problems through the proactive identification of issues and subsequent collection, analysis, and interpretation of related data.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Fully fluent in English.

  • Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.
