Hey,
This is Nate with Maxim Healthcare, we have a new opportunity with a patient in Jay that needs Overnight care from 6pm-6am Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday.
Patient is a young Pediatric, and has a G-tube, Seizures, and is Diabetic. Low Acuity patient, family is very nice and is looking to get overnight help.
Admitting Diagnosis:
ICD-10: E23.0 - HYPOPITUITARISM; G40.89 - OTHER SEIZURES; G80.9 - CEREBRAL PALSY, UNSPECIFIED; H54.7 - UNSPECIFIED VISUAL LOSS; E23.2 - DIABETES INSIPIDUS;
