JOB REQUIREMENTS: Roles And Responsibilities Fundamental Tasks - SFT Service Strategy Deployment towards R&Cs/ Primary Region NAM - Supporting, enabling & tracking relevant financial targets with the respective R&C\'s - Escalating/mediating all Service related topics up to R&C MD Level respectively BU CSO - Delivering transparent and effective Monitoring and Reporting towards superiors Service Product Portfolio Support Tasks - Supporting the development of the Service Product Portfolio and Service Sales Tools for SFT - Communicating and deploying the valid Service Product Portfolio Sales Tools for SFT - Identifying local Service Product Portfolio development opportunities with the respective R&C - Informing & Involving Service Product Management Experts to deploy new Service Products - Supporting the continuous development of digital service products and business models Service Sales Support Tasks - Ensuring the Communication & Deployment of the valid GEA Mission and Strategic Initiatives towards R&C\'s - Guiding & Supporting the responsible R&C responsible managers and their respective teams in relation to SFT Strategy implementation in their specific Market - Providing competent and comprehensive support towards the respective R&C\'s Service Management Team to develop their SFT Service Market and achieve their Service Budget Targets - Aligning strategic service Initiatives with the respective R&C Managers - Tracking the defined activities to fulfill the strategic service initiatives - Assisting & supporting the R&C\'s to achieve their strategic service initiatives - Deploying and securing sustainable Service Sales support for R&C\'s - Support in the development of New Equipment and Service Sales Tools - Utilization and deployment of Service Sales Tools towards R&C\'s Communication - Arranging routine coordination calls/meetings with internal departments as well as the R&C\'s - Regular coordination with all relevant Management levels within BU SEP, SFT Service - Support of R&C\'s in relation to Key Account and Strategic Account customer Agreements - Interact with other GEA Divisions, external parties where needed to support GEA Initiatives - General upkeeping of good communication practice to all contact points in an effort to drive business and secure success ***** OTHER EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: University Degrees in the field of industrial engineering / mechanical engineering / MBA desired 5 Years minimum experience in Service Product Management or Service Sales Management Experience in growth and change processes to transformations in traditional sales organizations to best in class sales management.
