Lutheran SeniorLife HUD Property Management Supervisor in Jamestown, Pennsylvania

Lutheran SeniorLife provides a comprehensive array of community based health and social service programs throughout western Pennsylvania. Programs include adoption and foster care, Meals on Wheels, senior centers and affordable housing. The Supervisor, Property Management, will assist in the management and coordination of HUD Section 8 residential communities. Will provide direction and oversight supervision to all LSS HUD portfolio properties. In addition, the Supervisor, Property Management will perform property manager responsbilities at different sites, including but not limited to Lutheran Village, Chippewa location, Von Bora Place and The Luther Court Apartments. Responsbilities include, but are not limited to; maintain waiting list, new resident move-ins, annual re-certifications, and resident move-outs. Expected to travel to all 6 HUD buildings as needed. Qualifications Associate’s degree (A.A.) or equivalent from 2 year college or technical school. 1 year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Working knowledge of computers, Microsoft Word and Excel required. Fair Housing Certificate and Assisted Housing Manager Certification required or obtainable within 6 months of employment. Must have dependable transportation with a valid driver’s license.
