James Valley Youth for Christ Executive Director in Jamestown, North Dakota
The Executive Director serves a pivotal role in the advancement of the mission of YFC. This position requires spiritual and organizational leadership skills, the ability to work with and through other people, as well as strong communication, management, and persuasion skills. S/he must embrace and build a team that embodies YFCs Cultural Attributes: Christ-centered, enduring humility, relentless trust, courageous faithfulness, joyful camaraderie, and kingdom inspired diversity. S/he is a strategist who can lead, inspire and is responsible for the execution of the vision of Youth For Christ in her/his community. S/he is a team and ministry developer who recruits, inspires and equips staff and volunteers to reach kids in authentic Christ-sharing relationships with lost young people in their community. S/he is a resource curator who both raises and stewards the financial resources of the chapter.
