Philips Services District Leader in Jakarta (Java), Indonesia

Job title:

Manage field service authorized service providers to include spare parts, service invoices, and priority service response escalations.

Your role:

  • Define, implement, and train Authorized Service Partners and/or market service and solutions delivery associates on Service delivery processes and systems tools.

  • Monitor and improve process performance with focus on regulatory and end customer satisfaction.

  • Participate in the selection, onboarding, and evaluation of Service Partners, create action plan to develop their capabilities.

  • Be the voice of Partner with Philips stakeholders, act as Subject Matter Expert (SME) on projects related to indirect business and service.

  • Support the commercial & marketing teams for creation of business plan with Partners.

  • Enable commercial success with strong Service delivery performance.

  • Performance management oriented (Key Performance Indicators (KPI), Service Level Agreements (SLA)}.

  • Third party relationship management. Knowledge of Continuous improvement & LEAN.

  • Familiar with Service and outsourcing processes. Customer oriented attitude.

You're the right fit if:

  • Acquired 10+ years of experience in managing remote teams of 5+ associates and 2+ contracted service suppliers.

  • Experience in service operations, commercial and supplier management.

  • Good overall understanding of Service and commercial processes.

  • Experience in Quality and Supplier Management Systems. Experience in managing third party business.

  • Strong team worker and collaborative behavior.

  • Understanding or ServiceMax or other comparable service work order system a bonus.

  • Good soft skills and able to communicate well with C suite and supplier professionals.

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or business.

  • Able to develop and manage supplier performance standards, coach a team of 5 – 10 direct reports, solve complex customer and business problems, good verbal and written communication skills both in English & Bahasa Indonesia.
