ATI Business Group Process Improvement Specialist in Jakarta, Indonesia

Your Main Objective

We are seeking a highly skilled Process Improvement Specialist, responsible for analyzing and improving organizational processes with the aim of enhancing overall productivity and efficiency for Customer Management Operations (CMO). The Process Improvement Specialist is part of a cross-functional team dedicated to enhancing operational efficiency and improving customer satisfaction within CMO by evaluating current business practices and identifying improvement opportunities.

Your Main Responsibilities

You will coordinate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement improved business processes. The candidate will need strong analytical skills, excellent interpersonal and communication skills and experience in both data analysis and process improvement methodologies.

  • Analyze existing business processes and workflows applied across CMO to identify areas that require improvement or automation

  • Implement, monitor, and refine processes based on proven process improvement methodologies such as Lean, Kaizen or Six Sigma to ensure efficiency and quality.

  • Document all process changes and maintain a repository of process maps and related documentation

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams inside and outside CMO to ensure that process improvements are aligned with organizational goals

  • Provide training and support to staff to facilitate the adoption of new processes

  • Utilize data-driven approaches to problem-solving and decision-making

  • Manage process improvement projects from conception through to successful implementation

  • Facilitate change management initiatives to ensure smooth transition during process updates

Qualifications

  • Very strong communication, collaboration skills and fluency in English

  • 4+ years of total work experience which must include process improvement roles

  • Certification in standard process improvement methodologies (Lean, Kaizen, Six Sigma)

  • Proven experience with any Lean methodology in a corporate environment

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team and manage projects effectively

  • Strong analytical skills and experience with process mapping and performance

  • Proven experience in process improvement within a support services environment
