Provides technical support to field engineers, technicians, and product support personnel who are diagnosing, troubleshooting, repairing, and debugging complex electro/mechanical equipment, computer systems, complex software, or networked and/or wireless systems.
Responds to situations where first-line product support has failed to isolate or fix problems in malfunctioning equipment or software. Reports design, reliability, and maintenance problems or bugs to design engineering/software engineering. May be involved in customer installation and training.
Provides support to customers/users where the product is highly technical or sophisticated in nature.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:
Monitor network traffic patterns and identify anomalies that may indicate a potential DDoS attack.
Configure and manage DDoS protection technologies and solutions, such as scrubbing centers and traffic diversion.
Perform operational tasks to resolve all incidents / requests in a timely manner and within agreed SLA.
Execute changes with clear identification of risks and mitigation plans to be captured into the change record.
Coach Service Desk and L1 teams for technical and behavioral skills
Contribute to the change management process and ensures all changes are carried out with proper change approvals.
Audit and analyze incident and request tickets for quality and recommends improvements with updates to knowledge articles.
Required Experience:
Minimum 3 years of experience in cybersecurity, with a focus on DDoS mitigation.
Experience in designing, implementing, and managing DDoS protection solutions.
Hands-on experience in responding to and mitigating DDoS attacks in real-time.
In-depth knowledge of DDoS attack vectors, techniques, and tools.
Proficiency in DDoS mitigation technologies and solutions, such as on-premises and cloud-based protection.
