What will you be engaged in?
As our new KYC Agent, you will get the opportunity to do:
Conduct end-to-end user onboarding process
Raise special case that comes up during the onboarding process
Provide insight for onboarding process improvement
Ensure a high standard of quality (security) and efficiency (time & cost)

A diploma degree in all major
Minimum of 1 year of experience in onboarding or a similar role in a Startup Company (technology company would be preferred)
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to assess and mitigate risks effectively.
Can speak English is preferred
Willing to work on shifts (night shift), which include weekends and public holidays
