GE Healthcare Applications Specialist - Molecular Imaging in Jakarta, Indonesia

Job Description Summary

The role of Application Specialist is primarily to deliver and coordinate training on GE Molecular Imaging HealthCare’s products. The Application Specialist may work individually at an account and as part of a One GE Healthcare team. This training is mainly delivered at a hospital site but also remotely using digital methods. The Application Specialist owns support within the Molecular Imaging installed base, and to support the GE business for product and sales support and able to drive more proactive customer engagement as part of the post-sales process and better coordinate and manage the experience for our customers throughout the life cycle of their GE products.

In this role you will grow your clinical expertise in Molecular Imaging and your ability to communicate, educate and lead. You will belong to dynamic Molecular Imaging specialist team with commercial and clinical education mission, and work on projects with a wide variety of healthcare institutes in the region.

Job Description

Key essential responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

  • Conduct high quality application trainings at customer sites to ensure customer's safe and effective use of GE equipment’s, maximizing image quality and productivity.

  • Help customers improve their clinical capabilities with Molecular Imaging.

  • In partnership with customer develop training plans to fulfill obligations of order that ensures customer competency and high NPS.

  • Coordinate installations and delivery of customer training alongside sales, service and the Clinical Education leader.

  • Maintaining satisfactory after-sale relationships and development of long-term customer relationships coupled with the ability to identify and capitalize on opportunities that immediately satisfy customer needs.

  • Continuously develop and improve a network of key opinion leaders within the assigned territory.

  • Support sales activities in region when needed (congress, demo/visit/presentation, advanced application visit for KOL, etc.)

  • Drive realization of revenue thru execution of on-site delivery targets.

  • Aggressively manage travel budget to goal thru optimization of travel strategies and cost savings.

  • Should be capable of doing presales demonstration of GE MI products, workstation, and its applications.

  • Create evidence and customer demonstration data for upselling features & Applications.

  • Become recognized expert in product/clinical technical competencies; answer a wide range of questions concerning software and clinical applications.

  • Support the deployment of digital tools and embrace the digital transformation of clinical education

  • Support market growth initiatives (i.e. industry tradeshows, product demos, image quality collection, and clinical sites).

  • Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Document trainings, site visits and Customer interactions as per the local protocol.

  • Successful candidate will be a self-starter, self-directed, team-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic business environment.

  • Improve customer satisfaction and socket retention through continuing education on optimization of equipment utilization by customer

  • Use market and product knowledge to assist sales team in developing sales, marketing, and customer service strategies

  • Communicate effectively with members of sales/marketing/service team to maximize all sales potential and communicates leads to relevant colleagues.

  • Generates and maintain customer profiles, including key decision makers.

  • Ensures knowledge of and compliance with Company policies and quality processes

  • Primary focus will be to provide support to MI customers in your country but also periodically support our users within the other countries in other regions or countries

Quality Specific Goals:

  • Knowledge and understanding of all Global Privacy and Anti-Competition Policies (including but not limited to GE Healthcare HIPPA Guidelines, and relevant Int’l Regulations, etc.) and operates within them to ensure that no company policy or Int’l / local Law is broken.

  • Knowledge and understanding of all Environmental Health Policies (including but not limited to GE Healthcare EHS Policies, etc.) and operate within them to ensure that no company policy or Int’l / local Law is broken

  • Aware of and comply with the GEHC Quality Manual, Quality Management System, Quality Management Policy, Quality Goals, and applicable laws and regulations as they apply to this job type/position. Complete all planned Quality & Compliance training within the defined deadlines and identify and report any quality or compliance concerns and take immediate corrective action as required.

  • Drive continuous improvement on all related processes, work instructions, and procedures to ensure ongoing standardization and simplification of the Quality Management System.

Qualifications/Requirements:

  • Graduation / post-graduation in the field of medical imaging technology /equivalent with relevant experience in Molecular Imaging

  • Experience and "know how" in PETCT and/or Nuclear Medicine.

  • Candidate should be comfortable in a physician and clinical/patient care environment.

  • Required active professional clinical/technical certifications/registries necessary to scan live patients in a clinical Scenario.

  • Demonstrated current basic clinical scanning proficiencies on current products/platforms.

  • Technical analytical skills.

  • Ability to work independently with minimum supervision, high work standards and quality.

  • Customer-oriented attitude; deals tactfully and effectively with differences of opinion, excellent listening, and interpersonal skills.

  • Minimum of 3 to 5 years clinical/ technical experience following certification with demonstrated clinical/technical skill in specific Proficiency in computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite products.

  • Willingness to travel extensively within your specified geographic region as well as to nationwide sales meetings and tradeshows.

  • Fluent English, local language and additional languages are an advantage.

  • Willingness and ability to travel to meet customer as well as internal GE job related requirements.
