IAP Worldwide Services, Inc T6 - Site Manager (JAX) in Jacksonville, Florida

The COMBS Site Manager manages, plans, directs, controls, coordinates and evaluates all logistics and personnel management functions at Contractor Operated and Maintained Based Supply (COMBS) sites

Essential Job Functions:

• Manages personnel in Supply, Logistics, Warehouse, etc. to ensure timely and accurate COMBS management.

• Supervises the transfer, adjustment, turn-in, issue, receipt and control of all material and property assigned to program site.

• Reviews daily status reports to ensure compliance with customer/contractual obligations; researches unusual transactions or patterns.

• Oversees preparing lost/damaged statements for lost, destroyed or damaged property and discusses problems with Program Management Office for clarification and settlements of discrepancies.

• Oversees the data updates, retrieves and uses data to respond to a variety of customer requests.

• Oversees and is responsible for the scheduling and performance of QECs (Quick Engine Changes) by the GSE mechanic

• Maintains direct communications with customer regarding part status, aircraft status, etc.

• Drafts local policies, procedures, plans and guidance for supply and services operations.

• Implements and adjusts procedures for receipt, storage, issue and document control of supplies and equipment.

• Schedule and oversees inventories.

• Provides technical guidance and training to assigned personnel.

• Monitors direct reports to ensure goals are met. Mentors staff.

• Investigates and reconciles discrepancies and reports those that could not be resolved at lower levels.

• Executes and establishes functions, including development or modification of local procedures, in accordance with guidelines established by the Program Management Office.

• Reviews in terms of compliance with procedures, integrity of materials and property accountability to ensure customer satisfaction and compliance with local supply information and inventory records.

• Other duties as assigned.

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in an associated discipline, or equivalent experience.

• Five (5) years T-6 supply or quality control related experience preferred.

• Eight (8) or more year’s progressive employment within supply chain, distribution, quality control or logistics fields.

Knowledge & Skills:

• Working knowledge of the governing supply systems, programs, policies, nomenclature, work methods, manuals, or other established guidelines.

• Understanding of the needs of the organization serviced.

• Analytical ability to define or recognize the dimension of the problems involved, to collect the necessary data to establish the facts, and take or recommend action based upon application or interpretation of established guidelines

• Knowledge of supply systems operations

• Proficient in Microsoft applications, general computer

Security Clearance:

• Based on contractual requirements, minimum NACI required
