Insight Global Sr. BI Engineer (Healthcare) in Jacksonville, Florida

Job Description

The BI Developer III is responsible for leading and developing complex data model designs for business intelligence tools and creating compelling and intuitive data visualizations. This individual will translate business requirements into technical requirements, conduct hands-on analysis, and ensure deliverable commitments are met. You will partner with product and technical teams throughout the product development lifecycle to create solutions that utilize and translate data and analytics into visual storytelling. You will actively participate in discovery, solutioning, and development by deeply understanding the product vision and proactively making recommendations that bring our vision to life. This role also serves as a mentor to colleagues by sharing knowledge and skillsets that are pertinent to a successful analytics team.

This position be part of our Payment Accuracy team and will help define and build our suite of data and analytics products that support the teams vision and mission. You will help create and build data sets that measure efficiency, enable workflow optimization, track new product adoption, and support research and development. This role works directly with the product owner, product analyst, data architect, and development manager to research and identify business requirements with sufficient detail and clarity to allow the development of the data or reporting solution needed.

Target Salary for this position is between 110-130K + 10% bonus but this is open to negotiation.

Skills and Requirements

4+ years of experience in BI Development (Power BI / Tableau / Domo)

Strong SQL experience

Reporting and Data Modeling exposure

Experience working w/ Healthcare Claims Data AWS Quicksight

Any exposure to Python null
