Insight Global Financial Analyst II in Jacksonville, Florida
Job Description
Insight Global is looking for a Financial Analyst II to join the FP&A team for a non-profit based in Jacksonville. This position is hybrid! This person will be responsible for Collaborating with department leads, transform data, organize information, update monthly forecasts, and assists in expense requests. They will also review general ledger, develop annual budgets, provide ad hoc analysis and prepare financial presentations. This position will pay $34-$36 an hour based on experience.

Skills and Requirements
Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Finance, with 3 years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis
- Intermediate skills in MS Excel (pivot tables, complex formulas, etc.)
- Previous experience developing annual budgets - Data analytics isn't exactly the same
- Working knowledge of ERP Systems
Experience communicating to non-finance leadership - Most Important - Non-profit Experience
Experience using planning and budgeting systems (Oracle PBCS, IBM Cognos, Prophix, Workday) null
