PeopleReady Skilled Trades is seeking experienced Tradespeople to join our team to take part in existing and upcoming contract work in Jacksonville, Florida, and surrounding areas! Note: The hourly rate for this position is $17 - $28 / hour. This range is a good-faith estimate based on factors such as relevant skills, experience, education, training, geographic location and other considerations permitted by law. Responsibilities:

• Knowledgeable in all phases of construction for your particular trade

• Read and understand blueprints, layout, install, maintain, and troubleshoot with respect to your particular trade

• Fabricate materials on site, in vertical, horizontal, or overhead positions if needed

• Complete assigned tasks in a timely manner

• Have knowledge and adhere to all quality and safety codes

• Hours: Most projects work 5 days a week, 8 hour days (Monday - Friday)

Qualifications:

• Have at least 2 years of paid / verifiable experience in a particular trade

• Have knowledge of all phases of construction for a particular trade

• Have basic tools of the trade and be able to bring them to work

• Have reliable transportation to and from work

• Willing to work 40 hours per week, minimum

• Have 2 forms of ID to verify you are eligible to work in the United States

• Complete and pass pre-employment screening (background check & drug screen) if required
