P rimary Job Responsibilities

  • Compliance with US Department of Transportation laws and regulations.

  • Register and license all company vehicles.

  • Ensure proper documentation including insurance cards, registrations and logbooks are in each vehicle and maintained.

  • Review Driver records.

  • Coordination with JJ Keller for Fuel Tax Filings.

  • Maintain MCS150.

  • Order & Maintain Corporate Credit Cards, Fuel Cards, SunPass Transponders & GPS Tracking Devices as well as employee swag inventory.

  • Maintain accurate maintenance records of vehicles and ensure operation of vehicles by calling for repairs or preventative maintenance.

  • Run and prepare weekly/monthly reports and manage accident reporting.

  • New Vendor Set Ups.

  • Insurance Certificate Coordination/Tracking.

  • Manage Shared Services Inbox.

  • Other tasks as department and operational needs arise.

    R equired Education/ Experience

  • Highschool diploma or equivalent (Associates degree preferred)

  • 2-4 years related experience.

    Required Skillsets

  • Prior knowledge of DOT policies and procedures.

  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.

  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work

  • Attention to detail and analytical mindset with good problem-solving skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Strong organizational and planning skills

  • Bilingual – Preferred (Spanish)
