Description
We're looking for a Senior Business Analyst with Agile/Scrum experience and a deep understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). In this role, you'll be responsible for gathering requirements, interfacing with stakeholders, and guiding projects through the SDLC stages. Please apply online for immediate consideration.
Requirements
5+ years of experience working with Agile/Scrum methodologies, including a deep understanding of user stories, sprint planning, backlog refinement, and iterative development.
Proven ability to gather and document business requirements clearly, concisely, and accurately. Experience eliciting requirements through various techniques like workshops, interviews, and user observation.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively bridge the gap between technical and non-technical audiences. Experience managing stakeholder expectations and fostering collaboration.
A strong track record of translating business needs into technical requirements for development teams. Understanding of system development methodologies and ability to communicate effectively with developers.
Solid understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) with the ability to guide projects effectively through all stages, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards.
