Immediate responsibilities will include supporting the administrative functions related to the credit operations of a wholesale company. This includes posting receipts, processing credit memos, documenting customer deductions and adjustments, collecting accounts receivable funds, aiding in the collection of overdue balances, and approving sales orders in line with established credit lines and procedures. The role will interact with various departments such as sales, purchasing, senior management, operations, and finance, and will report to the Credit Manager. 100% In Office, located in Jax Fl Must have business credit experience rather than consumer
salary: $45,000 - $50,000 per year

Responsibilities
Support in approving Customers' orders for Credit
Support a credit risk management environment in accordance with established credit guidelines
Interact with customers to obtain additional credit information and collect delinquent balances
Reconcile transactions and balances to maintain accurate accounts
Post credits and adjustments to customer accounts
Support in evaluating various adjustments or exception documents
Posting receipts in the form of checks, ACH, and Wires
