This Position is for Production & Distribution Tech with a company in Jackson, MS
Job Summary: This position is responsible for processing and labeling blood donations, modifying and inspecting blood components, receiving, filling and shipping orders for blood and ensuring all pick-ups and deliveries are completed.
Duties and Responsibilities: Answering the phone, receiving, filling and shipping orders for blood components as per each client's request, ensuring all pick-ups and deliveries are done, process donor units, modify components, label and properly disposition and inspect blood components for any abnormal appearance.
Qualifications: Education: High school diploma or equivalent. Medical vocational training preferred. Experience On-the-job training.
