Automated Logistics Systems International Enterprise Account Manager in Jackson, Michigan
Lead, manage, and hold team members accountable. Drive strategic growth & continuous improvement. Develop & grow relationships with key client decision makers in United States and Mexico. Contract Management & Negotiations. Produce and manage to Profit and Loss budget and forecast. Review operational records and reports to project sales and determine profitability. Strong strategic thinker, analytical, communication, presentation skills. High performance on continuous improvement & client presentations. Optimization of lanes to the customers to provide savings and reduce CO2 emissions. Mastery of Continuous Improvement Roadmap process. Manage RFQ (Request for quote) and pricing. Provide and maintain a rate card for US and Mexico lanes to the customers. Addressing and resolving client complaints. Maintain customer facing and growth responsibility on department top accounts.
Travel to Mexico required 50%
Bachelor's degree, business/management or a related field or the equivalent based upon a valid credentials evaluation and two years of experience as Account Manager.
