Job Title: Trim Carpenter
Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Trim Carpenter to work on-site at a new apartment building in Jackson. This is a contract position for 2-3 months where you will be working under the guidance of a foreman to complete cabinetry and trim work.
Responsibilities
Receive daily instructions from the foreman.
Perform finish carpentry tasks including cabinetry and trim work.
Utilize hand and power tools for various construction tasks.
Read and interpret blueprints to ensure accurate installation and construction.
Install doors, framing, drywall, and metal studs as needed.
Assist in new construction and commercial construction projects.
Essential Skills
Experience in finish carpentry and cabinetry.
Proficiency in trim work and general carpentry.
Ability to use hand and power tools effectively.
Knowledge of blueprint reading and interpretation.
Experience with door installation, drywall, and framing.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Experience in residential construction is a plus as you will be working on an apartment complex.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $33.00/hr.
