Tompkins Community Action Supportive Housing Program Manager in Ithaca, New York
Job Summary:The Supportive Housing Program Manager is responsible for daily operational oversight and program delivery support for the Supportive Housing Program (SHP). Responsibilities include program implementation, crisis support, program planning, reporting, and staff supervision. Implements comprehensive service delivery activities to achieve program goals. This position includes supervision of Supportive Housing Coordinators.Minimum Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in human services or related field and two (2) years’ experience in principles of social work, crisis intervention and/or housing related experience, and direct supervisory / management experience requiredPrior experience working with people experiencing homelessness and familiarity with Housing First and Harm Reduction Program Models preferredMeet TCAction criteria for satisfactory driver’s license to access agency owned vehicles and access to personal transportation for work related activitiesFor detailed job descriptions: access our website: www.tcaction.org.
