Tompkins Community Action Supportive Housing Coordinator in Ithaca, New York
The Supportive Housing Coordinator is responsible for providing case management services to an assigned group of residents living in permanent supportive housing. This position provides strength-based services to support resident goals and program plans focused on housing stability and building self-sufficiency skissl.
