Senior Inventory Controller
· Responsible for monitoring the day-to-day inventory at the Affiliate
· Responsible for inventory reconciliation between SAP, Xstore and service provider’s WMS
· Prepare OSA reports and inform replenishment team about availability issues in the stores
· Analyze gaps on SAP and Xstore and fix issues to reduce errors
· Participate in SAP and Xstore projects in terms of inventory transactions
· Co-ordinate with Finance Department for Inventory & inventory valuations
· Prepare monthly inventory reporting
· Co-ordinate stock transfer between plants and free standing stores
· Organize monthly inventory review meetings with local and regional inventory team
· Responsible for the cycle counts of Online plant and Free Standing Stores
Qualifications
· College/university graduate
· Excellent computer skills, including in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point, SAP
· Fluent in English, both verbal and written
· 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in the cosmetics/fragrance business (in a similar or related industry)
