Key Account Executive

Description

  • Oversees execution and governance of Key Account Management (KAM) contracts, including data analysis support.

  • Manages returns and testers budgets under the guidance of the sales manager.

  • Responsible for maintaining customer relationships and implementing sales plans to achieve targeted results for each retailer.

  • Reviews weekly/monthly sell-in/sell-out performance of retailers, identifying opportunities and risks.

  • Executes portfolio/brand expansions and oversees new product launches.

  • Plans and conducts regular face-to-face meetings with retailer buyers.

  • Serves as the direct contact for all sales-related inquiries from retailers.

  • Understands the needs of field teams (District Managers and Beauty Advisors), conducting regular store visits to identify requirements.

  • Ensures timely order delivery to each store.

  • Manages discount and bonus invoices.

  • Prepares activity approval forms and closely monitors budgets.

  • Monitors stock levels by store, including new product launches.

  • Provides product, promotion, and pricing information, clarifying customer requests and answering questions.

  • Resolves order and inventory issues by analyzing data, identifying alternative solutions, and notifying managers and customers.

  • Collaborates with marketing, customer service, and other supply chain teams to forecast product demand and maintain service levels.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree from related universities,

  • Minimum of 3 years of sales and key account management experience in retail,

  • Excellent verbal and written skills in English,

  • Strong knowledge of MS Office applications,

  • Leadership experience in a sales function within a global business,

  • Familiarity with company culture and operations,

  • Extensive knowledge of brand sales functions,

  • Strong industry knowledge and a network of relationships with customers, distributors, retailers, suppliers, advertising agencies, and other business partners,

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify critical concerns, prioritize, and solve problems,

  • Self-motivated with a high energy level and the ability to work independently,

  • Interest in learning and integrating information to understand the implications of macro trends for the business,

  • Open-mindedness, actively soliciting different viewpoints and understanding diverse perspectives,

  • Respected and enthusiastic leadership qualities,

  • Awareness of personal strengths, welcoming challenges, and willing to champion change even in the face of opposition,

  • Ability to identify the implications of macro trends for the business, identifying potential problems and opportunities in both short and long term,

  • Clear communication of expectations, with the ability to relate to a range of people and adapt communication style to audience and objectives,

  • Providing timely and accurate communication with updated information.
