Job Description:

• Review tax compliance functions for individuals and their related businesses (corporate and partnership returns)

• Develop and train staff/seniors throughout the organization

• Work with Partners/Leadership on internal firm initiatives and business development

• Advise clients on best practices to reduce their effective tax rate

• Oversee the work of Tax Accountants that handle tax preparations

• Direct and guide the Accountants on what is needed and outline tasks for each customer to handle the tax filings

Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelors in Accounting or related field

• Experience using a Tax Software (CCH ProSystem is a PLUS!)

• 5+ years of experience as a Tax Manager

• 7+ years of accounting experience
