Responsibilities
Conduct regular cycle counts and physical inventory audits to verify accuracy of inventory records.
Investigate and resolve discrepancies between physical inventory counts and system records.
Monitor inventory levels and reorder points to prevent stockouts and overstock situations.
Coordinate with purchasing and receiving departments to ensure timely and accurate receipt of incoming inventory.
Identify slow-moving or obsolete inventory and recommend strategies for clearance or disposal.
Maintain organized and efficient storage of inventory items, optimizing warehouse space utilization.
Generate reports and analyze inventory data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement inventory management best practices and process improvements.
