Job Description
Insight Global's client, the largest South Asian streaming service, is looking for a Associate Director, Partnerships & Marketing to join their team in New Jersey on a full-time basis. Our client is looking for a focused, dynamic, result-oriented leader to lead and build out the Global business in US and Canada by establishing the brand firmly among the diaspora. Team building, transparency, integrity, accountability, leading by example, thinking out of the box, innovation, patience and consistent delivery of results are core to the role.
Responsibilities include growing out and driving revenue growth in the US and Canada market by identifying, developing, and managing strategic partnerships with organizations that reach the South Asian community. This is a salaried position, eligible for end of year performance bonus, benefits, PTO/sick time. It will be working onsite M-Th in their Iselin, NJ location, Fridays will be remote, and company paid travel around the east coast is required.
This will involve:
Identifying opportunities to grow the business including new partnerships, market expansion etc.
Prospecting and identifying potential partners: Identifying corporates, community organizations, and other entities that align with clients target audience and business goals. Driving mutually beneficial partnerships that drive subscriber acquisition and engagement for client.
Negotiations and GTM planning : Leading negotiations and closing legal agreements, launch
Managing ongoing partnerships: Building and maintaining strong relationships with partners, ensuring successful implementation of agreements, and maximizing value for both parties.
Market research, competition and analysis: Staying up-to-date on market trends, competitor activity, and the South Asian community landscape to inform partnership strategies.
Developing and executing marketing campaigns: Collaborating with marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns that leverage partner channels and reach the South Asian audience effectively.
Working closely with the team in India across projects and to develop the market

Skills and Requirements
10+ years of experience in Partnerships, preferably in the media and entertainment industry.
Proven track record of identifying and closing successful partnerships
Existing network and connections within the South Asian media community
Strong understanding of the US multicultural market and the South Asian community.
Fluency in English and Hindi (or another South Asian language) null
