T3 Support Specialist

$33/hr - $35/hr

We are working with a financial company in the Irving, TX area. They are looking to bring on a T3 Support Specialist/System Administrator on a contract to hire basis.

This will be somewhat of a mixed role of T3 and some System Admin work. Ideally, they are looking for candidates with Heavy O365 experience, Active Directory, Entra and syncing to Azure, and PowerShell scripting. It will include some T2 but mainly T3 support/sys admin responsibilities. They are migrating to Tanium (similar to SCCM) and migrating from Avaya to MS Teams Voice as well. Any AWS workspace, and G-Suite experience is a plus. This role will be a Contract to Hire opportunity (6 months). Hybrid in Irving, TX – Monday and Tuesday are remote, and Wednesday-Friday are onsite. Required Skills & Experience

  • Prior experience providing T2 and T3 support
