What You'll Be Doing
Facilitate the hiring of salaried employees across various departments, ensuring a match between candidate skills and job requirements.
Partnering with hiring managers to understand their talent needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
Sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates using various tools and methods, such as Workday Recruiting and AI.
Managing the full cycle of recruitment from job posting to offer acceptance, ensuring data accuracy and compliance in the recruitment system.
Building and maintaining a strong talent pipeline for current and future opportunities, using data-driven approaches to identify and engage with passive candidates.
