Responsibilities:

  • Financial Reporting: Prepare and analyze financial reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.

  • General Ledger Maintenance: Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts, including journal entries and adjustments.

  • Accounts Payable/Receivable: Process accounts payable and receivable transactions accurately and efficiently.

  • Budgeting and Forecasting: Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes to support strategic decision-making.

  • Audit Support: Provide support during internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with audit requirements.

  • Financial Analysis: Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.

  • Ad-Hoc Projects: Collaborate on special projects and initiatives as needed to support the finance team and organization.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA certification preferred but not required)

  • 2+ years of experience in accounting or related field

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (QuickBooks, SAP, etc.)

  • Analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy

salary: $65,000 - $75,000 per year
