Responsibilities:
Financial Reporting: Prepare and analyze financial reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
General Ledger Maintenance: Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts, including journal entries and adjustments.
Accounts Payable/Receivable: Process accounts payable and receivable transactions accurately and efficiently.
Budgeting and Forecasting: Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes to support strategic decision-making.
Audit Support: Provide support during internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with audit requirements.
Financial Analysis: Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
Ad-Hoc Projects: Collaborate on special projects and initiatives as needed to support the finance team and organization.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA certification preferred but not required)
2+ years of experience in accounting or related field
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (QuickBooks, SAP, etc.)
Analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy
