Description We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Sr. Proposal Coordinator located in Irvine, California. This role falls within the industry, where you will be responsible for leading proposal efforts and supporting marketing activities. The activities will be performed in a dynamic and professional environment.

Responsibilities:

• Take the lead in preparing winning proposals, statements of qualifications, and interview presentations.

• Coordinate and manage proposal development efforts such as proposal kick-off meetings, production schedules, and final submittal production and delivery.

• Assist technical project managers in developing win themes, and draft/edit marketing and technical content.

• Modify and tailor source material and proposal content to the scope of work/RFP/RFQ requirements.

• Leverage and fine-tune past technical material to provide a base for technical teams.

• Assist technical staff in creating excel or pdf-based cost proposal templates.

• Manage multiple proposals concurrently, and meet simultaneous deadlines.

• Use Deltek or other CRM programs for proposal management.

• Create visually appealing proposals/layout in Word.

• Process customer credit applications accurately and efficiently.

• Maintain accurate customer credit records. Requirements • A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably as a Proposal Coordinator or in a related field

• Proficiency in using Deltek for various proposal activities

• Demonstrated experience in preparing and developing proposals

• Proficiency in creating proposal content and managing proposal documents

• Experience in handling proposal management and understanding proposal processes

• Experience in developing proposal responses

• Proven track record as a proposal writer

• Experience in managing proposals and requests for proposals (RFPs)

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word

• Strong communication, organization, and project management skills

• Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines

• Ability to work collaboratively within a team and also independently when required. Innovation starts with people.®
