TAD PGS, Inc. Production Assembler in Irvine, California

We have an outstanding Contract position for a Production Assemblerto join a leading Company located in theIrvine, CA surrounding area.

Pay Rate: $17.59 - $22.00

On a production basis, performs medium mechanical assembly work . Variable type of job. Often makes simple decisions but must follow established precedents. Works under general supervision and has some responsibility for work output.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Good understanding of products and processes. Able to troubleshoot assembly issues with support from supervision & able to work a variety of tasks.

  • Assemble machined parts

  • Apply mechanical assembly skills.

  • Riveting, hydraulics, bonding and torque assembly tasks.

  • Read blueprints and work instructions.

  • Perform failure analyses; troubleshoot mechanical failures with support from supervision.

  • Rework parts to print per instructions.

  • Able to work on a variety of tasks.

  • Facility maintenance as requested.

    Basic Hiring Criteria:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.

  • 2 to 6 years related experience and/or training.

  • Must be able to use hand tools and be mechanically inclined.
