Supporting aircraft worldwide, Parker Aerospace’s Military Flight Controls Division (MFCD) provides primary and secondary flight control systems that make flight possible. Provides technical support for users calling in to the IT Help Desk to increase computer user and system efficient. Diagnoses, identifies, and isolates basic hardware and software problems.
With direct supervision, you will learn and perform the various aspects of the engineering function by:
Teaching users on effective use of systems by answering questions, interpreting operating instructions, creating user documentation, developing training materials, and providing references.
Familiarity with reports using POWER BI, I/O office tools (Excel).
Basic to medium knowledge of excel (Vlookups, macros, etc).
Troubleshoot IT hardware issues (Printers, copiers, etc).
Familiarity with CAD applications, assist to convert/link documents to cloud applications.
Projects you will work on: Solumina data migration, enovia drawing updates.

The requirements to be part of the Programs are:
Being enrolled in a Bachelor’s or advanced degree program in a related IT field such as: Computer Sciences or Repairs
Must be entering their junior or senior year in Fall 2024
Ability to work effectively in a variety of engineering and manufacturing assignments.
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
Ability to work effectively with others and be a participative team member.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and CAD applications
