We’re seeking a Proposal Assistant to work with the Jacobs Sales Team in our West Region of the Americas. In this position you will support a variety of sales and business development assignments, ranging from strategic proposals to qualification statements and letters of interest. All members of our SO team are expected to be self-starters who: possess excellent oral and written communication skills; develop creative solutions to tackle challenges; are team players ready to support each other; and have a vested interest in Jacobs’ success. Your drive to discover solutions alongside a world class team of Sales professionals will allow you to explore and implement your creative ideas and innovations.
Here’s What You’ll Need:
At least 1 year of recent experience using Adobe Creative Suite
0-2 years of experience
Ideally, you’ll also have:
Bachelor's degree is preferred, but not required, in business, marketing, communication, technical, or other related field and/or equivalent relevant experience.
A 3.0 GPA
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including proficiency in grammar, punctuation, spelling, and formatting preferred
An ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
This position can be located in any of our locations in the West Region, including California, Pacific Northwest, Southwest; and Calgary and Vancouver, BC, Canada.
