Our well established and growing sales operations team is seeking to add a Pricing Strategy & Rebates Analyst to support our rebates payouts process and our sales’ strategic conversations. This Analyst will work closely with Sales Leadership and Field Sales Team, Contracts, IT, Finance and Accounts Payable. The ideal candidate for this role will have business acumen and analytical skills, will be detail oriented and problem solver and will enjoy working with big data sets and to provide service to our internal and external customers.

How you will make an impact:

  • Partner with Sales, Finance, Contracts, IT and Accounts Payable to review rebate calculations, process rebate payments and notifications, and ensure compliance to market share and other applicable terms.

  • Provide rebate support to internal and external customers by responding to inquiries related to rebate terms, calculations, and payments.

  • Maintain Rebates database in Salesforce, enter new rebate agreements and amendments including extensions, rebate structure changes, and terms and conditions.

  • Support Sales field and leadership with standard reporting and analysis.

  • Proactively identify and recommend process improvement opportunities for rebates.

  • Conduct ad-hoc analysis and participate in special projects to support the growth of the business.

What you'll need (Required):

  • Bachelor's Degree in related field of study

  • 3 years previous analytical experience including working with big data sets, spreadsheets, and database management systems.

  • Previous work with Sales, Operations or Finance teams

What else we look for (Preferred):

  • Proven expertise on MS Office Suite (e.g., Microsoft Office Excel, PowerPoint and Word) and preferred experience in related tools and applications (e.g., JDE, Salesforce.com, and/or Tableau development or support)

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and interpersonal relationship skills including consultative and relationship management skills.

  • Ability to quantify abstract conceptual data into concrete analysis.

  • Excellent problem-solving, organizational, analytical, and critical thinking skills

  • Good knowledge and understanding of analytics and sales strategies.

  • Good knowledge of business acumen

  • Strict attention to detail with accountability for accuracy of data and analysis

  • Ability to interact professionally with all organizational levels.

  • Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Work is performed independently on sections of projects and/or lines of work and reviewed for accuracy and soundness.

  • Adhere to all company rules and requirements (e.g., pandemic protocols, Environmental Health & Safety rules) and take adequate control measures in preventing injuries to themselves and others as well as to the protection of environment and prevention of pollution under their span of influence/control.

For California, the base pay range for this position is $70,000 to $100,000 (highly experienced).
