Description
We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for an Accounts Payable Clerk in Irondale, Alabama. In this role, you will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth operation of our accounts payable department, processing invoices, maintaining vendor communication, and ensuring accurate and timely data entry.
Responsibilities:
• Processing accounts payable on a weekly basis
• Managing a workload of approximately 50 invoices per week
• Utilizing Google Sheets and NetSuite for data entry and invoice processing
• Ensuring the accurate entry of invoices into the accounting inbox
• Maintaining light vendor communication to facilitate smooth operations
• Employing skills in Account Reconciliation, Accounts Payable (AP), Check Runs, Coding Invoices, Data Entry, Invoice Processing, Microsoft Excel, and NetSuite to perform tasks effectively.
Requirements • Proficiency in Account Reconciliation is required.
• Hands-on experience with Accounts Payable (AP) is necessary.
• Familiarity with Check Runs is expected.
• Ability to perform Coding Invoices effectively is a must.
• Strong Data Entry skills are an essential part of the role.
• Experience in Invoice Processing is highly desired.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Excel.
• Previous experience with NetSuite is advantageous.
