We are looking for experienced, innovative and motivated IT Specialists to support enablement US AFRICOM’s mission objectives.

What You’ll Get to Do:

CACI has an excellent opportunity for an experienced, self-directed, experienced ServiceNow Engineer . This position is in support of a Department of Defense (DoD) organization, USAFRICOM located OCONUS in Stuttgart, Germany. This position is required to travel OCONUS.

Responsibilities:

ServiceNow Platform Development:

  • Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions based on business requirements.

  • Customize and configure ServiceNow modules, workflows, forms, and business rules.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for ServiceNow applications.

Integration and Automation:

  • Integrate ServiceNow with other enterprise systems to ensure seamless data flow and process automation.

  • Create and maintain integration processes using ServiceNow APIs and other relevant technologies.

  • Implement automation solutions to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort.

Incident and Problem Management:

  • Provide support for incident and problem management within the ServiceNow platform.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to ServiceNow applications.

  • Work closely with IT support teams to ensure timely resolution of incidents.

Platform Maintenance and Upgrades:

  • Perform regular platform maintenance tasks, including upgrades and patch installations.

  • Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement performance optimization strategies.

Documentation and Training:

  • Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for ServiceNow configurations and processes.

  • Provide training and support to end-users and other IT staff on ServiceNow best practices.

Qualifications:

  • BA/BS + 7 years recent specialized or AA/AS + 9 years recent specialized or a major cert + 11 years recent specialized or 13 years of recent specialized experience

  • Active Secret Clearance (no waiver) with the ability to obtain an maintain a TS/SCI

  • DOD 8570 IAT 3 compliance

  • Proven experience as a ServiceNow Developer or Engineer.

  • Holds ServiceNow certifications (e.g., Certified Implementation Specialist) .

  • Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other relevant web technologies.

  • Experience with ServiceNow modules such as Incident Management, Change Management, and Service Catalog.

  • Knowledge of ITIL best practices.

  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

The proposed salary range for this position is:

$75,200 - 158,100 USD
