Tasks & responsibilities

  • In your new role you will lead the way in establishing an industry-leading Medical Affairs HCS partnership team, with the opportunity to hire and develop talent in key regions including the US, Germany, China, and Japan.

  • You will join forces with the head of Global Clinical Practice (GCPT) to shape an innovative partnership framework for Human Pharma.

  • You will develop and hone new competencies, such as engaging with HCS C-suites and pioneering novel contracting approaches, to execute large-scope external partnerships.

  • Use your leadership skills to foster cross-functional collaborations and establish strategic HCS partnerships with leading institutions worldwide.

  • You will take on a strategic role where you will work closely with the Head of GCPT and the Global Medical Affairs Leadership Team (GMA LT), and have an impact in key decision-making processes.

  • Additionally, you will seize the chance to shape the future of global healthcare through evidence co-creation and accelerated adoption of our therapies.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree or MBA in Pharmacy or Natural Sciences with several years of professional experience in medical affair roles within the pharmaceutical industry, PharmD, PhD, or MD is preferable

  • Deep understanding of external healthcare landscape, specifically HCS and delivery of care in one or more countries with high competency in external stakeholder management

  • Demonstrated deep knowledge of external partnerships between Pharma and HCS

  • Collaborative leadership skills, successfully proven in project team settings, and proven ability to deliver results

  • Excellent communication, strong self-motivation and networking skills as well as the ability to work independently in a highly complex field

  • Fluency in English and German – written and spoken
