Summary:

All-Phase Electric Supply is looking to add ambitious, hardworking, customer-obsessed folks to the growing team in our Indianapolis, IN profit center. Our warehouse associates work from 6 AM - 3 PM or 7 AM - 4 PM Monday through Friday. This role is essential in warehousing and delivering material to the customers we serve in the greater Indianapolis marketplace each day. The job is physically demanding with a lot of time on your feet each day and encourages every team member to care about the work they do each day.

Reports to: Profit Center Manager

Minimum Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED

• Ability to lift 75+ pounds occasionally – usually with assistance of tools and equipment

• Ability to lift 25 - 30 pounds frequently – usually with assistance of tools and equipment

• Ability to be on your feet walking 15,000+ steps per day

  ADDITIONAL COMPETENCIES:

• High attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience operating forklifts

Working Conditions:

• Daily - warehouse environment with temperatures that fluctuate with the weather

• Occasional – Work outdoors in existing weather conditions

• Heavy physical activity

Supervisory Responsibilities: No

Essential Job Functions:

• Picking orders

• Loading delivery trucks

• Operating various type of forklifts (on-the-job training available)

• Putting away inventory

• Packaging shipments safely

• Banding of material together safely

• Receiving material from freight carrier

• Shipping material via company trucks and freight carriers

• Cutting Wire

Compensation Range:

The compensation range for this position is $12 to $14 hourly.
