Adecco US, Inc. Packaging Technician in Indianapolis, Indiana
We are seeking a Packaging Technician to join our local client’s team in Indianapolis, IN. You will play a crucial role in the accurate labeling, assembly, and packaging of clinical supplies, ensuring adherence to strict quality standards and production schedules. Must be comfortable with repetitive tasks and excel in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. $19.25/hour, Monday through Friday, with potential for permanent placement.
Position Details:
Hourly Rate: $ 19.25/hour.
Work hours: Onsite 4 days per week (Monday-Thursday, 2:45 PM - 1:30 AM ).
Type: Temp-to-hire assignment.
Location: Indianapolis, IN.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the FCS team to accurately label and assemble clinical supplies, maintaining precise documentation.
Prepare and count packaging supplies, ensuring accurate inventory and accountability throughout job orders.
Perform manual and automated filling and bottling of pharmaceutical products, independently approving in-process items.
Review batch paperwork and follow supervisor instructions to execute packaging procedures for each study.
Operate packaging machinery for filling, wrapping, labeling, and packing pharmaceutical products.
Assist quality assurance personnel, production supervisors and line leaders in staging and reconciliation of components.
Required Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent experience.
Ability to read, write, and perform basic mathematical calculations.
Strong hand-eye coordination, manual dexterity, and attention to detail.
Ability to perform repetitive tasks and learn new procedures with guidance.
Dexterity and ability to perform various manufacturing/packaging operations.
Good near vision acuity and color vision.

Pay Details: $19.25 per hour
