Mobile Operations Supervisor
Wage: $47,000-$48,000/ year
Job Summary:
Manages and provides field supervision of guarding operations, including patrol, inspection, shared guarding, and/or response operations at multiple outdoor sites at the direction of line management. Supervises Field Supervisors, mobile officers, and other security personnel both indoors and outdoors. Performs inspections and ensures that post orders are being followed. Coaches, trains, assigns and directs personnel, evaluates service quality, and initiates corrective actions when needed. Carries out administrative procedures in support of Branch operations and may perform patrol/response duties as needed.

Essential Functions:
Supervises guards and other personnel in patrol, inspection, shared guarding, and/or response operations; ensures that personnel deliver high quality service.
Performs inspections of patrol routes and fixed posts to ensure adequate coverage and compliance with orders, contracts, and directives.
Evaluates service quality and initiates corrective action when necessary.
Participates in and coordinates orientation, training, development, and retention of high caliber staff.
Assigns and directs work; coaches employees and carries out disciplinary actions as necessary.
Maintains a positive, professional environment in compliance with laws, policies, and procedures.
Meets with Branch management and/or client representatives for status updates, service quality reviews, and issue resolution.
Communicates with Branch management regarding scheduling, staffing, equipment, payroll, and record keeping.
Assists in client start-ups, reviews post orders, and communicates changes to personnel.
Covers vacant posts or patrol routes as necessary.
Ensures each staff member is treated with dignity and respect and supports them in their roles.
Reviews and submits client and company-required reports.
May perform similar duties at assigned offices or locations.
Position Requirements:
Must be at least 18 years of age.
High School Diploma or GED required.
2+ years of progressive supervisory and management experience or a combination of related experience and education sufficient to perform the job.
Standard computer and technology skills required.
Must have open availability including weekends.
Must have a reliable means of communication and transportation.
Must have the legal right to work in the United States.
Must be able to speak, read, and write English.
Must be reliable, accountable, and have a strong work ethic.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and customer service skills.
Conflict resolution and de-escalation skills a plus.
Must be able to interact with a wide range of individuals in a professional manner.
Must be willing to participate in the company’s background check, drug screening, and any licensing processes.
Competencies (as demonstrated through experience, training, and/or testing):
Understanding of security operations, including patrol, inspection, and response services.
Knowledge of supervisory practices and procedures.
Ability to provide positive direction and motivate performance.
Knowledge of safety and security devices and controls.
Ability to plan, organize, and lead.
Strong oral and written communication skills.
Ability to learn quickly and follow instructions in various forms.
Ability to track and maintain schedules.

Good organizational skills and ability to write routine correspondence, including logs and reports.
Working Conditions (Physical/Mental Demands):
Must be able to maintain composure in high-pressure situations.
May be exposed to inclement weather, stressful environments, or physical activity.
May require use of protective gear.
Frequent sitting, standing, walking (including stairs or inclines), reaching, stooping, kneeling, or lifting up to 25 pounds.
Regular use of a vehicle for field duties.
May be required to work overtime or without advance notice.
