Job Title: Maintenance Technician
Job Description
The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for daily work tasks, maintenance routines, repairs, and calibrations to prolong the useful life and optimize the efficiency of plastics manufacturing equipment. This role involves maintenance and repairs, equipment calibration, and robotic troubleshooting. Proficiency in electrical and mechanical preventive maintenance.
Shifts Available :
2nd shift - 2:30pm - 11:00pm
3rd shift - 10:30pm - 7:30am
Each shift has their own specific differentials
Starting Pay Range :
$32/hr. - $42/hr. Essential Skills
Mechanical troubleshooting
Electrical troubleshooting up to 480v.
Hydraulic & Pneumatic troubleshooting.
Execute electrical and mechanical preventive maintenance.
Plastics manufacturing experience
Additional Skills Wanted:
Injection Molding experience
Robot troubleshooting background (Yaskawa, Yushin, Whiteland)
Understanding of Allen Bradley PLC's and HMI's
Electrical troubleshooting up to 480v
Pneumatic troubleshooting
