Director Brand Strategy

PRIMARY PURPOSE OF THE ROLE: Responsible for elevating our brand by developing strategies and managing execution for increased brand awareness, resonance, and engagement to drive impact and enable growth.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBLITIES MAY INCLUDE

  • Directs and maintains brand guidelines to ensure how we look, sound and feel is documented, accurate, comprehensive, and accessible for those bringing it to life.

  • Oversees brand awareness and advertising strategy, including all sponsorships.

  • Spearheads brand campaigns externally; collaborates for internal brand campaigns with leader for talent brand.

  • Develops thought leadership and content marketing strategy to include research studies, stories, and live expert updates/podcasts/streams.

  • Drives quantitative and qualitative primary research including but not limited to surveys partnering with third parties, questionnaire development, review and analysis along with recommendations for brand awareness/equity and thought leadership.

  • Leads and grows the brand ambassador program including building the structure to support and equip this segment.

  • Develops social media strategy to include which channels for what audience, types of content and best practices; reviews social analytics to ensure ongoing engagement.

  • Creates strategy to improve customer experience (CX) and key touchpoints along the customer journey as it relates to experiential moments and value add opportunities through communications, insights, thought leadership, digital interfaces, and engagement opportunities.

  • Analyzes data and analytics for brand, web, and social media for informed decision-making, recommendations and reporting of brand impact.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 6 -7 years of related experience, to include demonstrated experience conducting and working with quantitative and qualitative research studies and reporting, or equivalent combination of education and experience required.

  • 2 years of experience working with brand or digital marketing agency required

Work environment requirements for entry-level opportunities include –
