Overview:

Whether youre experienced or just starting out, we provide comprehensive in-house training to help you succeed in the high-demand field of cell tower installation, inspection, and maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Tower Climbing and Maintenance:Climb cell towers (up to 350+ feet) to install, inspect, and maintain equipment, ensuring optimal performance of critical telecom infrastructure.
• Safety and Inspections:Conduct routine safety inspections and maintenance tasks while strictly adhering to established safety protocols.
• Team Collaboration:Work as part of a dedicated team in a fast-paced, high-risk environment, demonstrating a strong work ethic and attention to detail.

Qualifications:

• Experience:Military, construction, or high-risk work experience is highly desirable.
• Physical Requirements:Comfortable working at heights and in physically demanding conditions.
• Skills:Quick learner with a team-player attitude, committed to safety and continuous improvement.
• Requirements:Must be able to pass a background check, drug screen, and hold a valid drivers license. Ability to report to our Indianapolis, Indiana shop as needed (rotational assignments are not available).

Certifications and Training:
