Summary of Job:
The Hospitality Marketing team is responsible for driving digital strategy and execution for Vail Resorts' Lodging portfolio.
The Marketing Manager of Hospitality will be responsible for driving digital campaign strategy and optimizations and working cross-functionally with partners (internal & external).
The ideal candidate has digital and omni-channel marketing experience, is an excellent communicator, a creative and critical thinker, has experience leveraging data to drive results, and enjoys working in a very fast-paced environment. This is both a strategic and tactical role.

Starting Wage: $76,841.70 - $100,034.21

Essential Job Responsibilities:
Manage hospitality marketing digital/web content optimization and execution, including partnering with and gaining alignment from key stakeholders
Work cross-functionally to achieve business goals and successfully communicate data-driven insights in a matrixed environment
Create and distribute on-going business reporting to track performance and provide insights and optimizations from disparate data sources
Act as a subject matter expert on the digital guest experience/UX and content across owned Hospitality websites and ecommerce platforms as well as online travel agencies
Leverage data-driven strategy by partnering with Revenue Management and Analytics partners in developing evergreen promotional offers
Collaborate with business partners to understand opportunities for testing, form hypotheses around digital and content improvements, then work with partners to design and execute tests that’ll prove/disprove those hypotheses
Lead project management across the Hospitality digital/web experience, reporting, and campaign launch process
Partner with Digital Content, Operations and IT teams to make strategic updates to optimize web pages for conversion and boost online revenue while improving UX.
Manage the hospitality marketing budget and month end process to ensure alignment with forecasted budget
Support Go-to-market process in partnership with the Hospitality Marketing team, bringing data and digital experience expertise to help lead and optimize strategy and execution
Partner with Hospitality Operations stakeholders in driving key initiatives and supporting stakeholder communication
Job Requirements:
Four-year college degree or equivalent experience required. Emphasis in marketing, business and/or communications is preferred
3+ years of marketing work experience. Hospitality / Travel experience a plus
1+ years direct supervisory experience
Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; Google and/or Adobe Analytics experience a plus
Excellent English language and writing skills
High degree of organization, attention to details and level of professional conduct
Confident, collaborative leader who is able to function optimally in a matrixed environment by leading through influence; works independently, takes the initiative and has the desire to achieve
Copywriting and/or photography experience is preferred, but not required
The expected Total Compensation for this role is $76,841.70 - $100,034.21. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
